Welcome to Hidden Camera Detector - FindAi, developed and maintained by HashAi. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully.

Hidden Camera Detector - FindAi does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details to use the App.

The App does not collect, access, upload, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Camera images, photos, or video recordings
• Magnetic sensor readings or raw sensor data
• Wi-Fi network credentials, SSID names, or connected device details
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data

The App requests the following Android permissions solely to provide its core detection functionality. Each permission is used on-device and in real-time only.

📷 Camera Permission

Used exclusively to display a live camera preview on screen so that the App can analyze light reflection patterns to help detect lens glare from hidden cameras. No photos or video are captured, stored, or transmitted. The camera feed is processed in real-time and discarded immediately.

🧲 Magnetic Sensor (Magnetometer)

The App reads magnetic field data from your device's built-in magnetometer. This is used to detect unusual magnetic interference that may indicate the presence of a hidden camera or spy device nearby. Sensor readings are used only for on-screen display and detection alerts — they are never recorded or sent externally.

📶 Wi-Fi Scanning

The App scans for nearby Wi-Fi networks and connected devices on your local network to help identify unknown or suspicious devices that could be spy cameras. No Wi-Fi credentials, passwords, or sensitive network data are collected or stored. Scan results are displayed to you only within the App.

Because we do not collect any data, we have no information to use, process, analyze, or sell. All operations of the App are:

• On-device only — processed locally within your device's hardware and memory
• Real-time — sensor values and camera data are read and immediately discarded
• Non-persistent — nothing is written to storage, databases, or external servers
• Non-transmissible — the App makes no network requests involving your data

Hidden Camera Detector - FindAi does not store any user data — locally or remotely. No databases, log files, caches, or cloud backups are created by the App.

When you close the App, all in-memory data (sensor readings, scan results, camera frames) is immediately discarded. There is nothing to delete because nothing is stored.

We do not share any data with third parties — because we do not collect any data in the first place.

The App does not integrate any third-party:

• Analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting tools that transmit device data
• Social media SDKs or login providers

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no sensitive data at risk of breach. All processing takes place exclusively on your device, within the secure Android application sandbox.

We are committed to maintaining the security of the App through:

• Regular updates to address potential vulnerabilities
• Following Android security best practices
• Requesting only the minimum permissions required for functionality

This App is not directed at, nor intended for use by, children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as EU member states under GDPR).

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this App and provided personal information, please contact us at talhahashmi961@gmail.com and we will take immediate steps to address the situation.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data to access, correct, delete, or export. Nevertheless, you retain the following rights:

• Revoke Permissions: You may revoke any App permission at any time through your device's Settings → Apps → Hidden Camera Detector → Permissions.
• Uninstall: You may uninstall the App at any time from your device.
• Ask Questions: You may contact us at any time regarding this Privacy Policy.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Since we process no personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable laws. When we do, we will:
